These terms and conditions apply to all users of websites controlled or owned by Checka. The terms and conditions are intended to keep checka.co.nz a safe place to trade. It is important that you carefully read and understand the terms and conditions prior to dealing with checka.co.nz.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Payment for Services

We currently accept on-line credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, conditional on validation of the card transaction with the issuer at the time of purchase. You confirm that the credit card being used is yours.

We now offer payment via Account2Account (Secure real-time bank transfer provided by Payment Express)

Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax, duties and other charges imposed or levied in New Zealand in connection with the supply of goods. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties or other charges imposed or levied overseas in connection with the supply of goods outside of New Zealand.

We reserve our right to increase or decrease our prices without prior notice at any time. Payment is in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).

Refunds

No refunds will be given.

Membership

You may only register as a member if you can form a legally binding contract that is enforceable against you. You must be 18 years old, or older. By registering as a member you warrant that you can form a legally binding contract.

You warrant that you have provided complete, accurate and current personal or business information when registering as a member. You must maintain and update your personal information held by checka.co.nz to ensure it is kept current at all times. Checka may phone or mail you to verity these details. You must not register as a member under multiple identities or personas (whether false or not).

Checka reserves the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you.

Without limiting the foregoing, Checka may terminate your membership if:

  • A serious complaint or multiple complaints are received about you;
  • If you breach these terms and conditions;
  • If you impersonate another member; or
  • If we at our sole discretion deem your behaviour to be unacceptable.

Members who have registered under multiple aliases will have all of their accounts disabled.

This website contains links to external websites. Checka will not be responsible or liable for the content (including any liability arising out of any claim that the content of the linked website infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party) or privacy practices associated with any linked websites.

Any link to a website is provided to help you find sites containing information, products or services which may be of interest to you. You must at all times keep access to checka.co.nz secure. If you do not you will be liable for any consequential loss suffered by checka.co.nz as a result of a security breach. Checka will have the final right to determine what is a security breach.

Checka has collected the information contained on this website in accordance with statue and has taken all reasonable care in doing so. However, users should be aware that information contained on this website is obtained from or through parties other than checka.co.nz. Checka does not, and is unable to warrant the accuracy of that information.

Use of the site is at your sole risk. Checka, its directors, employees and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied in connection with the site and your use thereof.

Site avaliablitiy and Changes
